How to Delete Your FluidPrompter Account#

First you need to decide if you truly want to delete your account, or just want to downgrade to the free plan so you stop getting charged.

Downgrade to Free Plan#

Downgrading to the free plan keeps your account data intact and simply reduces your available features to those included in the free plan. You will still be able to view past invoices for accounting purposes.

Tip

Downgrading to a free plan is quick and easy, and will allow you to upgrade again later when the need arises to access a paid feature.

  1. If you are not yet signed-in to FluidPrompter, visit app.fluidprompter.com, click the app menu in the upper left, and click Sign-in.

  2. Once signed-in, click the app menu in the upper left corner, click your username to expand account options and then click “Account Settings”.

  3. On the Account Settings dialog, click the Billing and Plans tab.

  4. Scroll down to Billing Info and click Downgrade to Free Plan.

    Note

    The Downgrade to Free Plan button will not appear if you are already enrolled on the free plan.

Deleting your FluidPrompter Account#

Deleting your account is a permanent and destructive action.

Warning: This cannot be undone.

  • You will immediately lose access to FluidPrompter.

  • Your preferences and configurations will be deleted.

  • Your purchase history and invoices will be unrecoverable.

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:

  1. If you are not yet signed-in to FluidPrompter, visit app.fluidprompter.com, click the app menu in the upper left, and click Sign-in.

  2. Once signed-in, click the app menu in the upper left corner, click your username to expand account options and then click “Account Settings”.

  3. On the Account Settings dialog, click the Billing and Plans tab.

  4. Scroll to bottom of Billing and Plans and click the Delete Account button.

  5. A confirmation dialog will popup, you must follow the prompts to confirm your intent and then click Delete Account.
